Dr. Eyad Masad, Ph.D., P.E., F. ASCE

Dr. Masad is a professor at Texas A&M University and a partner in Civil Materials Solution (CMS) Company. His consultancy and research focus on design and analysis of asphalt pavements, characterization of asphalt pavement materials, and development of QC/QA methods. Dr. Masad has co-authored a book on Pavement Design and Materials which has been adopted for teaching pavement courses in many universities around the world. He has published more than 300 technical papers and reports on performance testing of asphalt mixes, modelling, and equipment development. He has worked as a consultant for several companies and organizations in the United States and internationally. His consultancy involved analysis of air field pavements, development of material specifications for asphalt pavements, and development of QC/QA procedures.
